Storm Water Management
Bellerose Village is pleased to announce that we are in full compliance with the updated requirements for Storm Water Management. The New York State Department of Environmental Protection (NYS DEP) has recently issued updated regulations aimed at reducing pollutants in stormwater runoff, enhancing water quality, and protecting local waterways. These requirements include stricter controls on stormwater discharges, increased public education and outreach, and enhanced measures for the prevention of illicit discharges. The 2025 Revision of the Bellerose Village Storm Water Management Plan, which reflects these new standards, is now available for download on the Village website and can also be reviewed in person at Village Hall.
