Friday, March 6 – Last day individuals may register with the County Board of Elections to be eligible to vote in the village election.
Tuesday, March 10 – Last day for the village clerk to receive applications for absentee ballots to be mailed to qualified voters.
Tuesday, March 10 – Last day for the village clerk to receive applications for early mail ballots to be mailed to qualified voters.
Tuesday, March 17 – Last day for the village clerk to receive in-person applications for an absentee ballot from applicant or applicant's agent.

Wednesday, March 18 – The village election - Noon to 9:00 PM at Bellerose Village Hall. All absentee and early mail ballots must be received by 9:00 PM.

Thursday, March 19 - The Village Clerk must certify the results of the election by 9:00 AM.
Friday, March 20 – The last day a re-canvas of the vote may be requested.
April 2026
Monday, April 6, 2025 – Start of the village's official year. Annual Organisation Meeting at 7:30 PM
May 2026
Wednesday, May 6, 2025 – Deadline for an elected official to file their written oath of office with the village clerk.

Absentee ballot applications must state the reason that the applicant will not be able to vote in person. Concern about exposure to COVID is no longer an acceptable reason for requesting an absentee ballot.
