Public Hearing Registration
Residents who want to speak at the Public Hearing on the application from Bellerose CW LLC for a Special Use Permit to operate a hand car wash in the Apartment/Business District should register using the form at the right.
Protocol:
- Only one person per residence may offer comments on the application;
- Each speaker will be allowed 3 minutes to comment;
- Remaining time may not be assigned to another speaker.
- Preference will be given to properties within 200 feet of the property seeking the special use permit.
- Property owners may submit written comments prior to the public hearing to villageclerk@bellerosevillage.org
