FINAL LEAF PICK-UP

Leaf pick up will be ending next week. The Village plans to sweep the Village on Monday, December 3, 2018 and it is appreciated that leaves be piled up on the street by that date.  After the Village completes leaf pick-up, disposal of leaf piles will be the responsibility of the homeowner.

Please remember that if you have a landscaper, your landscaper is responsible for the leaf removal from your property. Thank you to those homeowners who have helped clear the catch basins near your homes by raking the leaves away from the grates.  This has helped drainage during heavy rainstorms/snows.

Leaf piles should be kept to 18 inches high and 12 inches from the curb line. Please remember not to pile the leaves too high in front of your home so that the vacuum can pick them up.  For safety reasons, please make sure children do not play in the leaf piles.
